We never pass on or sell your data to, nor trade it with, third parties for marketing purposes.

We view you as a customer during the period that you pay for any of your purchases or have an account registered with us. An account is created automatically in connection with your first purchase.

By purchasing product(s) from our range and registering with us, you consent to the processing of your personal data as stated above. You can fully or partially withdraw this consent by writing to us at the address below.

The provision of personal data is voluntary. It is your right to have us delete all of your personal data that we hold as long as you do not have an ongoing purchase or invoice, as well as to request that we correct any incorrect data that we hold.

3. Prices and fees

All prices are stated in Brittish Pounds, inclusive of Pounds VAT of 20%. Prices do not include payment or shipping fees or customs charges, which are stated separately. The price displayed on the website when you place your order is the price that applies unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms of the purchase. Shepherd of Sweden is not bound by any incorrect prices displayed on the website if you realised or should have realised that the price was incorrect.

4. Payment

Card payment: You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. Select “card payment” and follow the instructions. The goods will be dispatched immediately after payment is made and no extra fee will be charged.

Direct payment using online banking: Direct payment is available for those who have online banking set up with SEB, Handelsbanken, Nordea, or Swedbank. When you choose to make a purchase, you will be taken to your bank’s online banking service, where you can log in in the usual way. The money is then debited directly from your account when you approve the transaction.

Invoice: Payment on receipt of invoice via our partner Klarna. When paying on receipt of invoice, the goods are sent to your registered address. If you do not want the goods delivered to your registered address, please use another payment option. No invoice fee is charged (SEK 0). The payment terms are 30 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee, late payment interest, and current base-rate interest will be charged.
Instalments: Payment in instalments in collaboration with Klarna. You can pay the entire remaining balance at any time during the instalment period. The instalment payment options available will be shown at the checkout.

For current terms and conditions, please see Terms and Conditions (klarna.com)

5. Delivery time

What we refer to as standard delivery means delivery from our warehouse within 2 to 5 working days. Deviations may occur. In such cases, we will contact the customer. Shepherd of Sweden cannot be held responsible for delivering products that are sold out or discontinued.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

6. Delivery delay

If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of extensive delivery delays.

Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfil an order, such as our suppliers being unable fulfil their commitments to us. Shepherd of Sweden reserves the right not to pay compensation to the customer in such situations or in the event of a delivery delay.

Important! In rare cases, the postal service may lose letters and packages. We will not pay compensation for this.

7. Right of withdrawal/exchange

Shepherd of Sweden applies the Swedish Act on Distance Sales. This means that you are entitled to a 30-day right of return, without any particular reason. To receive a prepaid return slip for returns, please contact customer service shop@shepherdofsweden.se. All goods to be returned must be carefully packaged, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. This is to avoid damaging the product. You are responsible for the risk of transporting the goods back to Shepherd of Sweden.

To enable the verification and identification of your return, always attach the delivery note that you received with the delivery and the returns slip. All products must be returned in their unused original packaging.  If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days. Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued.

Shepherd of Sweden reserves the right to charge you if something is missing or not returned in its original condition.

Exchanges:

You have 30 days to decide whether you want to exchange your products, as of the day you receive your package. Keep in mind that you cannot use the returns slip to state what you want to exchange. You must instead place a new order directly on our website for the items you want.

All items returned to us for exchange must be in their original condition and have all labels and tags intact.

Remember that you can postpone the due date of your invoice with Klarna to allow enough time for your return or exchange to be registered.

Please note that gift boxes cannot be returned in the event of a return.

8. Complaints

Shepherd of Sweden applies the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act in the event of complaints. We hereby undertake to replace incorrect or faulty items at no extra cost. Remember not to accept packages with visible damage that may have affected the condition of the item you have ordered. If this is the case, raise a complaint immediately at the point of delivery and refuse the package so that it is returned to Shepherd of Sweden, ensuring that the reason for the return is written on the package. Then email shop@shepherdofsweden.se to inform us about the complaint.

If you raise a complaint about your product due to damage or faulty production, we will make a manual assessment and may request that the product be returned to us. If the complaint is approved, we will provide a new product. If we are unable to replace the product with a similar item, you have the right to cancel your purchase and get your money back. We can issue a refund only by way of the same payment method and to the same account as used at the time of purchase.

9. Unclaimed packages

If, for any reason, you do not claim your package, you must pay the costs associated with unclaimed packages. Unclaimed packages are subject to a fee, currently SEK 250. The fee is charged in arrears. In the event of non-payment, claims are unconditionally forwarded to the debt collection service. There are no exceptions.

10. Security

In connection with your registration and order, you agree by law that we may store and use your data in our operations to fulfil our commitments to you. Shepherd of Sweden protects your personal data in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act. You always have the right to see what personal data you have registered with us. If this data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to have the data corrected or deleted. We will under no circumstances disclose any personal data without the consent of the person in question. The same applies to email addresses. Shepherd of Sweden uses encrypted data transmission. Payment information and personal data are processed through secure online pages. Shepherd of Sweden never saves any card details.
