Here you can find the answers to our most common questions. If you can’t find the answer that you are looking for, get in contact with our customer service and we will try and help you in the best possible way.

If you are ordering from outside of Sweden the delivery time is 3-5 days.
Although deviations can occur.

The delivery options available to you depend on where you live. When you enter your postal code at checkout, you will see the options offered to you.

Once you have placed your order and received your order number, the order is locked and cannot be changed. Our orders are continuously entered into our system and forwarded to our warehouse, so we can send out your package as quickly as possible. Therefore, we are unable to change delivery options afterwards.

In connection with your order will receive a separate email from the freight forwarder with tracking link where you can easily follow your package.

Missing product

Have your ordered products from both our home and slippers department? To offer the best packing and quickest delivery your order may be sent in more than one shipment. If so, you have recieved different emails regarding this information. Look in your inbox.

Incorrect product

Have you recieved the wrong product? Please contact our costomer service (shop@shepherdofsweden.se) and return the item, we are responsible for the shipping. Unfortunetly we are not able to offer exchanges on returned items. Insted, place a new order on the website.

All returned orders will be refunded once they've been received and processed by our warehouse. If you have used invoice, you can go to Klarna and pause it.

We deliver to the Nordic countries, the USA, England, and most countries within the Euro cooperation, with the exception of Malta and Cyprus.

We offer three different payment methods that you can choose between.

Credit Card Payments: Payment with Visa or MasterCard is accepted. Choose the preferred card payment and follow the instructions. The goods are shipped directly after payment and no other fee will be demanded.

Invoice: We offer payment via an invoice with our collaborative partner Klarna. With invoice payments, goods are sent to the customers registered address. Payment shall be made within 30 days. If payment is late, the customer will have to pay a reminder fee, a default interest rate and current reference interest rate.

Payment plan: We offer a payment plan in association with Klarna. The customer can, at any time during the payment plan, pay off the remaining payment. The payment plan is offered and shown during checkout.

The invoice is sent to the e-mail address that you entered at the time of purchase, and you will always be able to find your invoice by logging in to Klarnas website or on their app. Because the customer has 30 days to pay the invoice, it’s usually sent when we activate your order. If you want the goods to be sent to an address other than your registered address, then we ask that you chooses a payment method that is not by invoice.

The refund gets paid back when your return is received and approved. To let you know when we have received your return, we will send out an e-mail with information as soon as the return is registered. Then, after 1-3 workdays, you will receive the amount that you paid when buying the product. The refund is always made to the same card/account from which the payment was made.

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds. However, our free return policy allows you to return unused gloves, hats, slippers, sandals, and shoes within 30 days of delivery.

If you need a different size or model, simply place a new order and return your original order for a refund. Don’t forget to fill out the return form included with your delivery and send it back along with the product.

You have 30 days to return your items from the date you received your order. Fill out the return form and use the return shipping label included with your order.

Follow these steps to make a return:

1. Return conditions:
All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact. Shoe boxes must not be used as shipping boxes—please wrap them to avoid damage to the shoe box/boxes.

2.Return form:

Fill out the form included in your order and place it inside your return package.

3. Send your package:
Use the prepaid return shipping label included with your order to send your return. If you are missing a return label, contact us via email, and we will send you a printable version. This does not apply to home interior products. See separate information.

4. Pause your Klarna invoice:
If you have paid by invoice, you can pause your Klarna payment by reporting your return in their app.

5. Refund:
We will process your refund as soon as we have handled your return, using your chosen payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

New colour or size?
We only offer refunds, not exchanges.
With our free return policy, you can return unused gloves, hats, slippers, sandals, and shoes within 30 days from the delivery date.

To receive a new product, simply place a new order and return your original order for a refund. Please remember to fill out the return form included with your delivery and send it back along with the product.

As our customer, you can return gloves, hats, slippers, sandals, and shoes for free.

For our home interior products, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
You may use any shipping carrier of your choice to send back your return. For information on shipping costs, please contact the carrier you wish to use.

No, for any claims, please contact the store where you purchased the product.

Did you buy it from us?
If you need to file a claim, please contact our customer service via email. We recommend replying to your order confirmation.

To help us assist you as efficiently as possible, we require three images that clearly show the issue.
What we need

1. Your order number
2. A close-up image of the defect
3. An overview image of the product
4. A picture of the sole

These images are necessary for us to assess your case. Once we receive them, we will handle your claim accordingly.

Most come from Australia, the UK, Iceland or Sweden, although we are constantly on the lookout for beautiful sheepskins all over the world. To be sold as a Shepherd sheepskin, however, it must satisfy our strict requirements concerning the quality of care of the sheep.

Shepherd do not accept any form of mulesing and we guarantee that no products from us come from sheep exposed to this. There are provisions regarding the environment of the sheep, and it is included in our Code of Animal Treatment. All our skins come from sheep who have been well taken care of and have been free roaming in a natural environment.

In order to be able to guarantee that the products are made under decent conditions and maintain the highest quality, we have our own factory. It means we can keep a check on the entire chain, from the tanning and dressing of the hide to the stitching and the finished product.

No, not for Shepherd. Our sheepskins are a by-product of the meat industry. We make use of the material that would otherwise go to waste.

We comply with the EU’s chemicals legislation. In addition, we continually take random samples of our products that are tested by SATRA, an independent analysis institute in the UK.

Lanolin is the natural grease that occurs in sheep wool. Lanolin is used in products such as skin creams for its healing properties and is very good for bare feet. What’s more, it is dirt-repellent.

No. Due to our products being made of natural materials, they are not water resistant at first. However, they are dirt-repellent. We recommend that you impregnate the product, which improves the product's durability.

On each product page, you will find a size guide along with information about the fit. Keep in mind that a new sheepskin or wool slipper may feel slightly tight at first.

Sheepskin and wool are natural materials that stretch after a few days of use and mold to the shape of your foot. To ensure you have chosen the right size, start by checking the heel. Ideally, your heel should align edge to edge with the sole of the slipper.

EVA is an abbreviation of Ethylene vinyl acetate which is a lightweight and flexible material, water repellent, non-toxic and recyclable. Density 70 kg/m3. Can be heated for sealing the surface and formed with a hot air gun.

EVA. Is a good material for shock absorption and in combination with the light weight it is one of the market's most used materials for outsoles.
